LNP Nuclear proposal
The FAIRFAX LNP branch has proposed three separate resolutions on energy policy to be debated at the LNP convention to be held in Brisbane.
The controversial resolution of nuclear power proposed by the Sunshine Coast’s FAIRFAX branch could lead to a plan for generators around the country if its adopted by the party and then acted on by the Turnbull Government.
Member for Fairfax, TED OBRIEN is currently in CHINA, but in a statement he says he’ll be back in time to hear the motion debated.
Mr Obrien says he’s focussed on delivering the National Energy Guarantee to secure lower power prices for all Australians.
