Sami’s Blog: Physic Dad
Home »
I owe a special someone a big apology. This loved one shuffled off this mortal coil six years ago. My new psychic abused them and told them in no uncertain terms to “Go away right now.. you are unwelcome!” Oh dear. Let me back up. I went to see a very well-known psychic in Melbourne named Bianca who told me sometimes when she calls in people’s spirits who have crossed over, things can get a little confusing because all the dead people want to communicate with her. The tarot card reader correctly told me my Mother’s Mum had died and I was very close to her. I was thinking to myself this fortune teller maybe had a real connection with the spirit world. Bianca went on to say my grandmother and I were very close (yes, we were) and my Gran was leading the way for me from above. I started to feel very lovely indeed, knowing my Gran is my guardian angel and I settled back into the comfy couch and took in the platters of crystals in front of me and the soft music. And then Bianca asked me who the man was trying to talk to me whose name started with ‘M’. I must have looked confused as I furrowed my brows.
My Dad died 6 years ago but his name is Alexander Henry. Hmm, I thought. Let’s do a mental check list of all my beautiful dogs I have had to say tearful goodbyes to over the years: Dracula, Hugo, Louis, Ari. Nope. No names starting with the initial M. Hmm. I could not think of anyone. So, I told Bianca I could not think who it could be who was trying valiantly to get my attention. Then without any warning Bianca started to scream at the ceiling in her room with all her might, “Get out! Right now! You germ! Get out! You are not welcome!” I nearly died in fright. Think of Barnaby Joyce yelling “Sit down!” to his poor dog and then you will know how loudly Bianca was shouting to this wayward spirit. “Sometimes these spirits are neighbours or just plain rude and try to use my channel and your time you are paying for to get a message across, so don’t worry it is probably not a man for you,” Bianca calmly stated. So, we moved on to talk about putting sage throughout my house and did a physical cleansing of bad spirits in my body. I left feeling light and intrigued and did not think about the mysterious M man again until a few days later when I was telling my family about my reading. As I was telling them out loud, it dawned on me. My father’s name is Alexander Muirhead. M. There is it. His last name. Muirhead. The same as mine. I think it was probably Dad trying to contact me and instead he was screamed at in anger! Sorry Dad! But I know you would be laughing (just like we used to do) wherever you are at the whole situation and your silly daughter!
