Above and Beyond Awards – Nicklin Electorate  

The Nicklin Community Hero Awards celebrate the incredible people who go above and beyond to make a positive difference across the Nicklin electorate. These awards shine a light on the unsung heroes in our community — individuals who show compassion, dedication and a genuine commitment to helping others.

Whether through volunteering, community leadership, supporting neighbours in difficult times or simply spreading kindness, Nicklin Heroes represent the very best of our community spirit.

Each month, one local resident is recognised as the Nicklin Community Hero of the Month following nominations from members of the community. At the end of the year, all monthly recipients are celebrated and acknowledged for the valuable role they play in making Nicklin a better place to live, work and grow.

The awards are a way of recognising and thanking the everyday people whose efforts continue to inspire and strengthen our community.
