Generation Innovation 2026

We are proud to support Generation Innovation 2026, a Sunshine Coast-based registered program dedicated to empowering the next generation of entrepreneurs.

Through its annual GI Challenge, the organisation helps young people aged 15–21 turn bold ideas into real businesses by providing mentoring, skills development, and meaningful community connections.

Fully funded by partners, Generation Innovation relies on the support of local businesses and individuals who contribute not only financially, but also through active involvement as mentors, judges, and event hosts.

Over the past decade, GI has supported more than 160 young changemakers, helping launch successful ventures such as Royal Robotics, Zip Zap Chargers, and Keola Surf Wax, and continues to play a key role in fostering innovation and entrepreneurial spirit across the Sunshine Coast.

The 2026 GI Challenge timeline runs from 6 April to 2 September, culminating in the Finals Pitch Night where the $10,000 winner is announced.
