MIXFM’s Give Me 5 is our signature fundraising campaign dedicated to helping sick kids and their families right here on the Sunshine Coast.
Each year throughout June, we rally our incredible community for a month-long campaign packed with events, activities, and heart. From diamond lunches to comedy nights, art auctions to long lunches, huge outdoor music events to HOG rides, every dollar raised goes directly to our local hospital foundation, Wishlist – funding vital medical equipment, services, and support programs for local families.
Thanks to the generosity of locals like you, Give Me 5 has raised over $7.7 million to date – and we’re just getting started! Join us this June as we continue making a real difference – because when we Give Me 5, we give hope.

Food & Wine Lunch at Augellos – Sip, Savour and Support. Friday 8th August
92.7 MIX FM’s presents a luxurious Food & Wine Lunch at the iconic Augello’s Ristorante & Pizzeria, Mooloolaba – and you’re invited.
Dress up, dig in, and drink up at this exclusive 3-course Italian feast at Augello’s, perfectly paired with premium wines from The Lane Vineyard. All while soaking in those signature coastal views.
There’ll be raffles, auctions, laughter, and vino — all in support of Give Me 5, raising funds for life-saving medical equipment for local kids in hospital.

Celebrity Cars ‘n’ Coffee – Something’s brewing. Sunday 10th August from 10am
Cruise into a feel-good Sunday at Celebrity Cars ‘n’ Coffee — a laid-back community event that brings together fast cars, fresh coffee, and local celebrities, all to raise vital funds for the Give Me 5 for Kids foundation. Set at Kunda Park, this family-friendly fundraiser features a vibrant Show ’n’ Shine of all makes and models, delicious food truck fare, and barista-made brews
Mingle with Sunshine Coast personalities, grab a raffle ticket, browse pop-up stalls, and bid for your chance to join a VIP charity cruise with a local celeb. It’s the perfect blend of engine revs, good vibes, and giving back — and it all wraps up with a feel-good charity cruise to cap off the day.
Southern Cross Sheds Diamond Lunch

MIXFM’s Give Me 5 Southern Cross Sheds Diamond Lunch is the Sunshine Coast’s signature fundraising event, bringing together 300 guests for an afternoon of glamour and generosity. Held at Venue 114, the luncheon features a sparkling arrival with a hidden Louise Jean “diamond” in one lucky glass (win a 1‑carat diamond!), a luxe two‑course lunch, four‑hour beverage package, raffles, silent auctions, live entertainment, and plenty of Insta‑worthy photo moments — all to support Wishlist and local health services.

Wanting to help but unsure how? Our arms are always open to individuals and businesses who want to get involved by supporting an event, donating a raffle or auction item or who have ideas about how we can make more impact.
What are we fundraising for this year?
Over the past 26 years, we have funded over $7.7 million of life-changing equipment, programs and services to support the growing health needs of the Sunshine Coast community. Last year alone, we raised over $550,000 in funds. This year, we have our sights set high on funding the following:
Peadiatric Cardiology Ultrasound Machine
This life-saving machine will allow local children, including sick and premature babies, to access specialist heart care here on the Coast, reducing the need for travel to Brisbane.
Sentec Transcutaneous Monitors (Neonatal)
These non-invasive monitors reduce the need for painful blood tests in critically ill newborns, helping improve outcomes and comfort in neonatal care.
Dad’s Group
A unique program reducing isolation and supporting mental health in new dads, aiming to help families thrive during the early stages of parenthood. Give Me 5 provided the initial $180,000 to fund the pilot program in September 2024 and due to it’s success and far-reaching impact, we hope to fund the continuation of this program.
Any additional funds raised will support the continued presence of the Clown Doctors and Calm Fairy, who bring laughter, comfort, and calm to children in hospital.
