In true Aussie spirit, nothing brings people together like footy, friendly rivalry—and a damn good meat pie.

From May 26 to July 9, Beefy’s are serving up more than just flavour with their Steak vs. Steak campaign. They’ll be supporting 92.7 MIX FM’s Give Me 5 Appeal in the most delicious way possible.

Two supersized, state-branded pies—the Big Queenslander and the New South Welshman—went head-to-head in a mouth-watering battle for pie supremacy. 20% bigger than the standard lunch pie and packed with state pride, these limited-edition pies gave customers the chance to back their team with every bite.

For every pie sold, $1 was donated directly to Give Me 5, with a $28,000 fundraising target fueling the fun. Pie sales were tracked in real-time across participating stores to stoke the QLD vs NSW rivalry, turning friendly competition into powerful community impact.

Whether you were a die-hard Maroon or a passionate Blue, one thing is clear, doing good never tasted better.
